Its creation is based on the poetics of the 19th century: the motifs of the container are based on the panoramic wallpaper "The West Indies monochrome" and the fragrance itself was created as an aroma emanating from a historic church, a quiet, peaceful place of meditation. The name Les Contemplations pays homage to Victor Hugo and his 1856 collection of the same name, which, like this candle, invites contemplation, silence and deep experience.

The porcelain vessel is hand-painted and decorated with gold foil typography, while the robust brass handle underlines the elegance of the entire object and its practical usability. As with the other pieces in the collection, the vessel is refillable so that it can serve for many years.

The porcelain comes from Limoges and the perfumed wax is handmade in Provence, creating an authentic French product combining tradition, elegance and artisanal perfection.

After it goes out, it is advisable to straighten and shorten the wick to 5 mm. After all the wax has burned out, the remains can be easily removed: pour hot water into the container and wipe the wax remains dry. Polish the brass handle regularly with a soft cloth to maintain its natural shine.
