TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE WWW.PERDONAHOME.CZ
I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
The website and e-shop www.perdonahome.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is owned by the trading company Perdona!Home sro with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Prague 1 (“Company”). The Company may change or amend these Terms of Use for the website www.perdonahome.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) without prior notice. Using the website after changes to these Terms and Conditions mean that you agree to the changed Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Website.
II. USE OF SITE CONTENT
2.1 The Company owns all copyrights to the Site and its content, including the texts, graphic design, graphics, images or photos displayed on the Site, as well as the copyrights to the selection and arrangement of files located on the Site ("Content"). Notwithstanding the above, some materials or texts displayed by the Company on the Site (in particular trademarks, logos, etc.) may be the property of third parties and may be protected under applicable laws governing the protection of intellectual property rights.
2.2 All Content of the Site, including photographs and the Company's logo placed on the Site, is subject to protection under Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, rights related to copyright and on amendments to certain acts (Copyright Act), as amended.
2.3 Furthermore, the following is excluded and prohibited:
• use the Site and its Content for other than your own personal and non-commercial purposes;
• Reproduce, edit, change, transform or otherwise interfere with the Company's logo or photographs placed on the Site, and reproduce photographs that have been edited, changed, transformed or otherwise affected by the intervention.
• You may display the content of the Site on your computer or mobile phone screen, print individual pages on paper (but not make photocopies of them), and store these pages in electronic form on a disk or in your mobile phone (but not on a server or other storage medium connected to a network) solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit the content of the Site in any way. In particular, without limiting the generality of the restrictions set out in the previous sentence, you may not do so without the prior written consent of the Company.
• Redistribute, retransmit, republish (including through use as part of a library, archive or similar service) the Content from copies of the Content made in accordance with these Terms; remove any copyright or trademark notices; create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the Content.
• When using the Site, you may not compromise the security, integrity and general operation of the Site, use the Site to transmit damaging files or attempt to penetrate any non-public parts of the Site. Furthermore, you are obliged to respect the Company's copyright to the Site and the rights of third parties to materials and texts displayed by the Company on the Site (in particular trademarks, logos, etc.), which are owned by third parties and are protected under the relevant laws governing the protection of intellectual property rights.
III. THIRD PARTY LINKS
The Site contains links to other websites operated by independent third parties. The Company is not responsible for the policies and practices of other entities or for the content and availability of linked third party sites, will not be a party to transactions involving goods or services available from Third Party Sites, and will not be liable in any way for such transactions.
IV. JURISDICTION
The use of the Site and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the locally competent court in the Czech Republic in accordance with Czech law. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site or in connection with these Terms being submitted to a court other than a court of the Czech Republic, such dispute will be transferred to and resolved by a court of the Czech Republic.
