PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1 Perdona!Home sro stores and processes your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended.
1.2 The company Perdona!Home sro (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") operates an e-shop with home textiles and home accessories of various world brands. As the Controller of personal data, we comply with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

1.4 The Administrator is not obliged to and has not appointed a personal data protection officer.
1.5 We process the following personal data:
We collect personal data from buyers and users of the e-shop www.perdonahome.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject") when ordering in the e-shop or when registering to receive commercial communications (hereinafter referred to as the "newsletter"). This primarily includes name, surname, billing and delivery address, telephone and e-mail contact, and bank details.
1.6 We store and process your personal data for the following purposes:
(a) to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Administrator. When placing an order, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name, address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the Administrator to perform it.
(b) to send you commercial communications (newsletters) regarding products and services. You can easily unsubscribe by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email newsletter or replying to the email stating "do not send".
(c) for marketing purposes based on consent given.
1.7 The lawful reason for processing your personal data is:
(a) performance of the contract between you and Perdona!Home sro After this reason has expired, it is the fulfillment of a legal obligation (e.g. based on the Accounting Act, the Archiving Act, etc.).
(b) the legitimate interest of Perdona!Home sro in sending commercial communications regarding products and services and providing direct marketing to customers.
(c) the legitimate interest of Perdona!Home sro in sending commercial communications related to determining customer satisfaction after fulfilling their order and purchase contract.
1.8 Your consent to sending commercial communications and processing for marketing purposes in the event that no order for goods or services has been made pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services.
1.9 There is no automatic individual decision-making by the administrator.
1.10 Duration of retention of personal data:
Perdona!Home sro stores personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and Perdona!Home sro, to exercise claims from these contractual relationships (e.g. complaints within the warranty period) and to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. archiving accounting documents according to the VAT Act); for a period of 15 years from the conclusion of the last purchase contract.
If personal data is processed based on consent for marketing purposes, then for the period until consent is withdrawn, for a maximum period of 5 years.
After the personal data retention period has expired, the administrator will delete the personal data.
1.11 Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the following rights:
(a) the right to access your personal data.
(b) the right to rectification of personal data or restriction of processing.
(c) the right to erasure of personal data.
(d) the right to object to processing.
(e) the right to data portability. We will provide you with the data electronically in xls or txt format.
(f) the right to withdraw consent to processing.
(g) the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that you have been
(h) your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
(i) We will ensure your rights from the previous point upon written request to e-mail eshop@perdonahome.com or to the address of the company's registered office.
1.12 If you no longer wish to receive commercial communications in which we inform you about news and promotions, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email newsletter or reply to the email stating "do not send".
1.13 Third parties to whom we provide personal data:
Perdona!Home sro undertakes that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of verified subcontractors, so-called personal data processors, who provide services on the basis of a contract.

1.14 Perdona!Home sro undertakes that personal data about customers and users will not be sold to third parties, in particular they will not be provided to other entities for the purpose of sending third-party advertising materials.
1.15 Security of personal data: Perdona!Home sro has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. As well as technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form. Perdona!Home sro declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.
1.16 Use of Cookies: In order to improve our services, our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files that store information in your browser. These files identify specific information from previous visits to the website.

1.21 Final provisions: Perdona!Home sro is entitled to change these terms and conditions. It will publish the new version of the terms and conditions for the protection of personal data on its website.
