The Kürbis (pumpkin) represents a specific part of Theresienthal's history. It demonstrates the ingenuity of the 19th century glass masters who used a glass-blowing mold to produce these decanters. This is a heavy bronze mold with gaps. The molten glass is pressed through these during the blowing process, creating the desired pumpkin-like shape.

Glass factory Theresienthal was founded by Czech-German glassmakers, the Steigerwald brothers, in in 1836. As a crystal glass manufacturer, it has been operating on the market for more than 170 years. years and during this time it became popular around the world.
