Hand-cut crystal reliquary IV - unique collector's item
František Jungvirt Crystal Reliquary IV (collector's unique piece)
Step into a world where light refracts in the perfection of handcraftsmanship and where crystal becomes a bearer of stories. Reliquary IV is an extraordinary collector's item, combining the delicacy of blown glass, the precision of brilliant cutting, and the spiritual dimension of a ritual object. It is a unique crystal artifact where the purity of the material, the depth of symbolism, and the mastery of traditional glassmaking craft meet. Created as a single original piece, it thus becomes a work of art with irreplaceable value.
The base of the object is a hand-cut body made of blown crystal, the inner space of which is conceived as a chest for storing small but significant items – a grandfather's watch, a grandmother's wedding ring, symbolic talismans, or other personal treasures that deserve to be protected, yet gently present due to the crystal's transparency.
Into this space is placed a separate golden vase with a crown, hand-gilded with 24K gold. It can hold a flower or a candle, thus transforming the entire object into an intimate altar, a ritual element, or a symbolic source of light, memories, and hope.
The cut on the crystal was created by master cutter Petr Janský from Třeboň, whose signature is evident in every facet and every reflection. His work gives the artifact a characteristic play of light and shadow, which enhances its exceptionality. The unparalleled uniqueness of Reliquary IV is confirmed by a handwritten signature, certificate, and numbering.
Reliquary IV is not just a work of art. It is a personal sanctuary for small, yet essential stories that deserve to be preserved in the purest place – in the very heart of the crystal.
