Francis Jungvirt

Young glass artist, designer and glass painter František Jungvirt is a student at the Prague UMPRUM in the glass studio led by Rony Plesl.
In his work, he most often returns to the most classic references of Czech glassmaking, which he combines with new impulses. In his works, he tries to push the technical and visual boundaries of the field.
František comes from Vimperk. His grandfather also cut glass in the local glassworks.
