Wiener Silber Manufactur Silver jug OTTO PRUTSCHER - 925 Sterling Silver
This masterpiece from the Masterpieces collection of the traditional Viennese silversmith Wiener Silber Manufaktur is a beautiful example of Art Deco art from the 1930s. The smooth curves that capture the light and reflections of the surroundings require perfect mastery of the material.
The production of bumpy vessels has always been the prerogative of only the greatest masters in the silversmithing field due to its high level of difficulty. However, the lively elegance of the jug based on the design of Otto Prutscher in no way betrays the difficulty of the creation process.
The jug is plated with 24-carat gold on the inside.

Wiener Silber Manufactur was founded in 1882 by Viennese goldsmith and silversmith Alexander Sturm. Originally producing silver dinner and serving sets for the Habsburg king, the Wiener Silber Manufactur was later influenced by the early modernists, earning the respect of Vienna's intellectual elite. Today, using time-tested techniques, it hand-crafts silver cutlery, bowls, vases and much more.
