Its basic shape is a variant of the "Wiener Wamperl" and owes its name " Eselsrücken " or donkey's back to the striking ridge along the handle. It gives the model an unmistakable look. This Biedermeier cutlery impresses with its functionality, balance and timeless beauty and is one of the most popular models in the classic WSM cutlery line.
