STELLA FATUCCHI Birds and Wood Dining Set

This classically beautiful Birds and Wood collection by Italian designer Stella Fatucchi features a dinner service with hand-painted bird on a branch with flowers and solid gold details. Gold accents are also on the edges and handles. The edges are lined with light blue zigzag lines and green leaves and again with a gold line.

The Birds & Wood vintage collection is entirely hand-decorated by Italian artisans. Thanks to the artisanal process and hand-made production, no two pieces are exactly the same.

Stella Fatucchi was born in Tuscany and grew up in a countryside full of traditions and simplicity of being. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. She works with textiles, paints on canvas, creates compositions with recycled materials, but above all she devotes herself to porcelain with exceptional decorations combining her bohemian style with a modern concept.

As she says, her goal is to design objects and create aesthetically sublime interiors. "The beauty of things is completely personal, and every object that has a history, new or old, is full of meaning."
