The original leather laundry basket from the Italian manufacturer RUDI is handmade from the highest quality regenerated leather Tecnocuoio®. It is available in several colors and sizes. The traditional Viennese weaving style becomes a graphic symbol through the raw cut of the leather. The classic design is thus reinterpreted in a contemporary language.

This original basket is ideal for laundry, towels, but also magazines or everyday items. The basket is available in 16 sizes and can be equipped with a lid and a canvas bag on request.

The Vienna basket is made of the finest regenerated leather , which is waterproof and UV resistant. It is therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. On the underside of the bottom there is a non-slip waterproof rubber base.

TECNOCUOIO® is an innovative material composed of finely ground leather scraps, natural latex (extract from the rubber tree), natural fats, salts and natural dyes. After drying, conditioning and refining, a bonded leather fiber material is obtained using a process similar to that used in papermaking. The result is a high-quality regenerated leather with elasticity, which is resistant to UV radiation and water and has a perfectly smooth surface.
