The time has come for premium steak cutlery that also brings style to grilling. Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) is the name of the new recipe for extra-sharp grilling tools from Robbe & Berking. An anthracite black coating made from the material class of diamond-like carbon, which combines excellent mechanical properties with a very elegant technical appearance in the color "Frozen Black".
The handle pattern can be chosen from all the patterns offered by Robbe & Berking.
A special feature of the steak knife is its exceptionally sharp blade made of special steel. The blade has a special hollow grind, which guarantees maximum sharpness. Thanks to the slightly upward curved and smooth cutting edge, even medium or rare grilled meat can be cut cleanly without tearing.
This cutlery is available in 925/000 sterling silver or in exclusive 150g silver plating (60 microns).
