The CANE armchair by the French design brand RED EDITION is made of solid wood. Geometric lines, angles and graphic weaving give the chair an elegance and airiness. The shape of the frame is upright, yet welcoming and spacious.

This beautiful wicker chair is available in 2 variants:
Black wood: solid ash frame and veneer with steel base, all lacquered in matte black.
Natural wood: Solid oak frame and veneer with gold-toned steel base.

The weave is created using a technique called cannage , typical of the reign of Louis XV. It is currently made famous by the fashion house Dior with its CANNAGE MONTAIGNE collection.

The seat padding is made of HR foam with a density of 30-35 kg/m3. The backrest cushions are filled with a mixture of goose and duck feathers mixed with polyester fiber. The covers are removable for both the seats and backrests.

The upholstery is available in fabric (caviar, indian, jungle leopard, ochre, Sherpas craie), velvet or, on request, in leather or another fabric of your choice. Technical information can be found here .
