Castelluccio premium olive oil is obtained directly from cold-pressed Sicilian Moresca and Biancolilla olives. The olive harvest takes place from early September to late October, resulting in a high-quality oil without the use of preservatives.

The premium quality of Castelluccio Oil derives from the hilly terrain (400 m above sea level), particularly windy. It is classified as organic and extra virgin olive oil DOP Monti Iblei. Castelluccio Oil has been produced by the Beccaria family for generations.
