Castelluccio olive oil is obtained directly from cold-pressed Sicilian Moresca and Biancolilla olives. The olive harvest takes place from the beginning of September to the end of October and allows to obtain high quality oil without any pesticide treatment. The premium quality of Castelluccio Oil is also derived from the hilly terrain (400 m above sea level), particularly windy. It is classified as organic and extra virgin olive oil DOP Monti Iblei. Castelluccio Oil has been produced by the Beccaria family itself for generations.
