K3 Kenzo Takada Square Lightweight Throw KAT

This lightweight throw from the French brand K3 is made mostly of natural viscose. The plaid is double-sided and divided into two parts. The larger part is decorated with a so-called kintsugi pattern and a large logo. The smaller part is separated by a red ribbon and is decorated with the brand's monogram.

Kintsugi is a Japanese art technique applied to broken pottery. The damaged part is repaired with lacquer sprinkled or mixed with powdered gold, silver or platinum. The philosophy of kintsugi is to consider damage and the need to repair an object as part of its history rather than to hide something.
