The luxurious dinner service CHEVAUX DU VENT, translated as wind horses , was designed for the Gien faience manufactory by the French painter, sculptor and great horse lover Marine Oussedik . The inspiration for the plate was the Arabian thoroughbreds , also called "wind horses". Marine depicted the horses on the plate as lively, spirited and sensual, decorated with colors and sophisticated harnesses. As if they were coming to life before our eyes.
