Both the head and the ferrule are made from forged 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring high durability, strength, and a long lifespan with daily use. Every detail is precisely crafted in the spirit of traditional French orfèvrerie.

The solid forged 18/10 stainless steel head of the cutlery represents the pinnacle of traditional French craftsmanship. Forging from a single piece of steel ensures exceptional strength, perfect balance, and a long lifespan even with daily use. This manufacturing method also allows for precise definition of lines, finer detail, and significantly higher quality compared to commonly stamped cutlery. The surface is then hand-polished and finished in the spirit of traditional French orfèvrerie.

The Tonia collection is available in several exclusive handle variations. The dark horn, light horn, and Ténéré variants are made from luxurious resin with a deep luster and elegant pattern inspired by natural materials. The wooden variant, on the other hand, is made from genuine solid wood. The darkly elegant ebony stands out with its deep tone and exceptional material density. Each handle is original with a unique texture and natural grain of solid wood.

The Alain Saint-Joanis Tonia Model is produced in the La Monnerie workshops in France, and each piece undergoes manual processing with the quality of traditional goldsmith craftsmanship. The collection is also suitable for dishwasher use.

The basic set includes a dinner fork, a dinner spoon, a dinner knife, and a coffee spoon. Individual pieces or a complete service according to the original Tonia collection nomenclature can also be ordered.
