The design of the Gatsby model captivates with its elaborate structure and rhythmic composition of individual lines. The handle is divided by characteristic circular rings that segment its silhouette into elegant sections. Following the cutlery head is a decorative ferrule composed of a system of fine metal rings, which then transitions into a longitudinally faceted part of the handle with a precisely cut effect, culminating in a rounded detail. The ensemble resembles a luxurious writing pen, perfectly balanced, noble, and timeless.

The Gatsby Prestige model is available in solid forged 18/10 stainless steel or in a luxurious 33 µ silver-plated finish, which lends the collection an exceptionally elegant sheen and the classic character of French orfèvrerie. The all-metal craftsmanship accentuates the precise geometry of the design and creates an exceptional tactile experience during dining.

The solid forged 18/10 stainless steel cutlery head represents the pinnacle of traditional French craftsmanship. Forging from a single piece of steel ensures extraordinary strength, perfect balance, and long life even with daily use. This manufacturing method also allows for precise definition of lines, finer detail, and significantly higher quality compared to standard stamped cutlery. The surface is then hand-polished and finished in the spirit of traditional French orfèvrerie.

The Alain Saint-Joanis Gatsby Prestige Collection is manufactured in the workshops of La Monnerie, France, and each piece undergoes hand-finishing to the quality of traditional goldsmith craftsmanship. The cutlery is also suitable for dishwashers.

The basic set includes a dinner fork, dinner spoon, dinner knife, and teaspoon. Individual pieces or a complete service according to the original nomenclature can also be supplied upon request.
