Alain Saint-Joanis – The Béatrix model presents a modern interpretation of French orfèvrerie in a purely all-metal design. The collection appears elegant, architectural, and at the same time delicately decorative thanks to precise work with proportion, light, and surface structure. The minimalist design here acquires an almost sculptural character.

The silhouette of the Béatrix model is characterized by a fluid transition from the narrower part of the handle to a distinctively flared end, creating an impactful, slightly dramatic line. The longitudinally faceted surface gently reflects light, adding dynamism and an exceptional tactile impression to the cutlery. The shape resembles an elegantly drawn fan or an organic silhouette inspired by natural lines – a subtle yet unmistakable detail that makes the collection unique.

The entire collection is made from solid forged 18/10 stainless steel, including the handle, which ensures exceptional durability, perfect balance, and a long lifespan with daily use. The all-metal design also highlights the precisely ground lines and purity of the design.

The solid forged head of the 18/10 stainless steel cutlery represents the pinnacle of traditional French craftsmanship. Forging from a single piece of steel ensures exceptional strength, perfect balance, and a long lifespan even with daily use. This manufacturing method also allows for precise definition of lines, finer detail, and significantly higher quality compared to commonly pressed cutlery. The surface is then hand-polished and finished in the spirit of traditional French orfèvrerie.

The Alain Saint-Joanis Beatrix model is manufactured in the La Monnerie workshops in France, and each piece undergoes hand-finishing. The collection is also suitable for dishwashing.

The basic set includes a dinner fork, dinner spoon, dinner knife, and teaspoon. Individual pieces or a complete service according to the original nomenclature can also be supplied upon request.

Upon request, this cutlery can also be ordered in silver-plated or gold-plated versions.
