Alain Saint-Joanis – The Olympe model is a distinctive all-metal collection inspired by Art Deco aesthetics, the elegance of Parisian salons, and the fashionable silhouette of the 1920s and 30s. The design appears noble, architectural, and very French – with an emphasis on proportion, rhythm of lines, and precise work with light on the metal surface.

The name Olympe evokes ancient grandeur and feminine elegance, which is also reflected in the cutlery's silhouette itself. The handle is flat, slender, and elegantly widens towards the end into a subtly fanned shape reminiscent of a long evening gown or a stylized haute couture silhouette. Two subtle longitudinal grooves optically elongate the entire form, creating a characteristic Art Deco effect with delicate geometric symmetry.

The overall impression is both clean and decorative, without ornamental clutter, yet with a distinct visual identity typical of luxurious French dining from the first half of the 20th century.

The entire collection is made from solid forged 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring extraordinary strength, perfect balance, and long life. Forging from a single piece of steel allows for precise definition of lines, purity of form, and significantly higher quality compared to commonly pressed cutlery. The surface is then hand-polished and finished in the spirit of traditional French orfèvrerie.

The cutlery is available in an elegant stainless steel finish or in a luxurious silver-plated or gold-plated variant. The all-metal craftsmanship underlines the architectural purity of the design and gives the collection an exceptionally timeless character.

The cutlery is manufactured in the La Monnerie workshops in France, and each piece undergoes manual processing to the quality of traditional goldsmith craftsmanship. The collection is also suitable for washing in a dishwasher.

The basic set includes a dinner fork, a dinner spoon, a dinner knife, and a teaspoon. Individual pieces or a complete service according to the manufacturer's original nomenclature can also be supplied upon request.
