Alain Saint-Joanis – The Câble model is an iconic collection inspired by the power of lines, precise geometry, and the timeless elegance of French design. The characteristic handle, reminiscent of a twisted cable rope, creates a striking effect that adds dynamism and an unmistakable visual signature to the collection.

The entire silhouette of the Câble model is built on rhythmic work with longitudinal faceting and spiral segmentation. The handle appears as if elegantly twisted from a metal cable – precisely ground lines catch the light from different angles, creating a luxurious relief effect. The shape is also perfectly ergonomic and balanced, making the cutlery exceptionally comfortable to hold.

The collection is entirely made of 33 µ silver-plated metal, including the ferrule and handle. The solid forged construction and precise hand finishing underscore the noble character of the collection and its inspiration from traditional French orfèvrerie. The polished surface elegantly highlights the depth of individual facets and the decorative structure of the handle.

The solidly forged head of the cutlery, made from 18/10 stainless steel, represents the pinnacle of traditional French craftsmanship. Forging from a single piece of steel ensures exceptional strength, perfect balance, and long life even with daily use. This manufacturing method also allows for precise definition of lines, finer detail, and significantly higher quality compared to common stamped cutlery. The surface is then hand-polished and finished in the spirit of traditional French orfèvrerie.

The cutlery is produced in the workshops of La Monnerie in France, and each piece undergoes hand finishing in the quality of traditional French orfèvrerie. The collection is also suitable for dishwasher use.

The basic set includes a dinner fork, dinner spoon, dinner knife, and a teaspoon. Individual pieces or a complete service according to the Alain Saint-Joanis nomenclature can also be supplied upon request.
