How to choose the right bed sheet size
To ensure perfect sheet tension, it is very important to choose the right size. Depending on the elasticity of the material the sheet is made of, it must always match not only the length and width of your mattress, but also its height.
Standard sheets fit mattresses up to 25 cm. We also offer sheets suitable for low mattresses, up to 10 cm high, and high mattresses, up to 45 cm high. They are suitable for box spring beds with a very high mattress or on a mattress with a covering layer, so-called topper. The German manufacturer Formesse offers 54 colors in a wonderful jersey material. These sheets are of very high quality.

For a perfect fit, all three dimensions (length, width and height) should not be used to the maximum, but with a small margin. If you choose a small size for a large mattress, the sheet is too tight and may even tear.
You must wash the sheet before using it for the first time. This is not only more hygienic, but most importantly - the sheets are only tailored after the first "shrinkage". This shrinkage is typical for woven yarns and manufacturers include it in the sizes.
Fitted sheets are also still popular, and can be used on both high and low mattresses. The disadvantage of fitted sheets is definitely ironing. When buying this sheet, do not forget about sufficient overlap, which should be at least 20 cm on each side of the sheet.
