Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. The 14-day period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. Please fill out the form only after receiving the shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods made to order or customized to your requirements, perishable goods, unsealed goods for hygiene reasons, digital content supplied with your consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of withdrawal.
