In the small family-run Andrée Jardin factory in Nantes, France, they have revived the tradition of French brush making and restored traditional hand-made production according to centuries-old best practices using purely natural materials.

The fine ostrich feathers combined with the beech wood handle give the duster a nostalgic gloss of times gone by. Even purely practical everyday items can be beautiful. Honest hand-made production also guarantees a long service life, which is in line with modern principles of sustainability. Only fallen ostrich feathers are used in the production of the dusters.

The Andrée Jardin zero waste dishwashing set is made from 100% natural materials. It includes a wooden dish brush with an additional replaceable head, a cellulose sponge and 250 g of solid Marseille dish soap with a grapefruit scent.

The handmade brush has fibers made from hard but non-abrasive natural tampico fibers, obtained from the agave plant. It is ideal for cleaning even stubborn dirt without scratching the dishes. The beech wood from the Nantes area comes from sustainably managed French forests. The brush head is replaceable. The dishwashing sponge is made from cellulose pulp and is 100% biodegradable. The solid dishwashing soap with a concentrated composition (min. 30% soap) enriched with white vinegar is excellent at degreasing and cleaning, and 250 g lasts for more than 6 months even with intensive use.
