Francesca Colombo - the goddess of colors and patterns

Francesca Colombo is an Italian artist originally from Milan. This young designer perfectly connects the world of applied design with artistic creation. With her unobtrusive and unique style, she proves that art can be a part of our everyday life. Her work is very strongly influenced by the playful colors of Spain - the country where she lived and worked for years. This is where her passion for interiors and decoration was born.

In 2019, she founded the eponymous brand in Milan, under which she creates fresh and timeless paintings, graphics and illustrations that decorate indispensable household elements such as plates, textiles and wallpapers .

The patterns are hand-painted and transferred onto white porcelain using a special technique. Francesca is primarily inspired by nature. Flowers in many forms are a common pattern, as well as wildlife.

Francesca dedicated one of her latest collections to Sicily, creating the Teste di Moro collection with traditional Moorish heads. Moorish heads are a typical decoration combining Sicilian traditions with a very high historical and artistic value.
